The College  runs two graduation ceremonies annually and it is the responsibility of the Registrar to co-ordinate the ceremonies, keep records of each ceremony procedures and print the degree/diploma certificates.

Conditions of your graduation
You must fulfil all requirements for your qualification (certificate or diploma) and your fees must be paid  in full and on time before the graduation day.  You also need to make sure you have no outstanding matters with the College.

Place and time
The Graduation Ceremony is normally held at ‘Manthabiseng  Convention Centre about 500m west of the Maseru campus. The ceremony usually commences 9am. The duration of the ceremony is approximately 4 hours. The graduation day is announced once the College Management has made a decision about it.

Graduation attire and procedures
The College does not have graduation attire for graduants to purchase or hire. On the graduation day, graduants are expected to be ready at 6.00 am for rehearsals for the graduation proceedings.  

Certificates & transcripts
The College only issues ONE ORIGINAL certificate per graduate. Certificates are issued to graduates and diplomates at graduation ceremonies and posted to those who were unable to attend. Transcripts are issued by the Examinations office.
