Under the general supervision of the Head of Department the Assistant Lecturer is expected to teach courses in the area of specialization and assess students. In addition he/she will be responsible for the upgrading and strengthening of all the activities of the Department and to participate in other professional activities of the College anywhere in Lesotho.
